Adrià Franch	0a8cc7f543	feat(libSceHttp): implement URI parse, build and escape ... sceHttpUriParse, sceHttpUriBuild and sceHttpUriEscape work on strings only and are implemented. sceHttpCreateRequestWithURL, sceHttpReadData, sceHttpSetChunkedTransferEnabled and sceHttpCreateEpoll follow the existing no-network behaviour.
