DotDebian	40d63b1b4c	feat(libkernel): implement the sceKernelGetEvent* field accessors ... sceKernelGetEventId, sceKernelGetEventFilter, sceKernelGetEventFflags, sceKernelGetEventData and sceKernelGetEventUserData return the matching field of the KernelEvent filled by sceKernelWaitEqueue and throw on a null event. sceKernelGetEventError still throws NotImplemented.
