Lexroid	3e65449c40	feat(libSceAgcDriver): implement sceAgcDriverSubmitMultiDcbs and sceAgcDriverAgrSubmitMultiDcbs Both submit each DCB of the address and size arrays to the graphics queue in array order, as sceAgcDriverSubmitDcb does for one. A count of 0 is accepted without reading the arrays; null arrays with a non-zero count and arrays outside guest memory throw.
