Adrià Franch	78d92881b0	fix(libkernel): throw when the Linux guest unwind lookup fails ... As requested in review: a failed sceKernelGetModuleInfoFromAddr no longer reports an empty answer. Adds a failure test (symbol interposition) and extends the metadata test (EH record walk, terminator, no-header DSO).
