Hussein Kadhim	8db0f89e7b	fix(libkernel): return SCE error codes from sceKernelClockGettime and sceKernelClockGetres ... A thread CPU clock whose thread has finished made clock_gettime fail with errno EINVAL, but the sce wrappers passed the raw -1 through to the title.
