john.maia 530aa2088b feat(libSceNpEntitlementAccess): report signed out for entitlement info lists ... The unified and service entitlement info list requests and polls threw. They now return SCE_NP_ERROR_SIGNED_OUT, like the consume requests in the same library. Their signatures are unknown, so they stay declared without parameters. PPSA15657 calls the unified request during start-up and continues past the error.
