Simon 2fd05f47e2 feat(libSceNpWebApi2): export sceNpWebApi2AddWebTraceTag ... PPSA33016 imports sceNpWebApi2AddWebTraceTag (NID MgsTa76wlEk), and no library exported it, so the loader stopped before the title started.
