Dean Galvin 296ff64ae9 fix(libkernel): share positioned transfer locks on Windows only ... The per-descriptor lock exists only in the Windows transfer path, so ShareDescriptor calls SharePositionedTransfer under _WIN32 like GuestFileLockShare.
