Rohan03x 39055977e6 docs(usage): list the MinGW runtime DLLs a self-built libs directory needs ... The built Windows libraries import libgcc_s_seh-1.dll, libstdc++-6.dll and libwinpthread-1.dll, and the entry stub loads them without searching PATH. The release archives ship the DLLs in libs/, but the runtime layout only told self-builders to copy the .prx files, which ends in error 126.
