Gjon Gojcevic e6f4d2c178 fix(libSceVideoOut): ignore the reserved buffer pointers 
Titles may leave the reserved pointers of a VideoOutBuffers entry uninitialized, so sceVideoOutRegisterBuffers2 no longer rejects them.
