QDarkRex 908befe81d feat(relinker): add --windows-gui to emit a GUI subsystem executable 
Generated executables always used the console subsystem and opened a
console window on launch. The opt-in flag writes IMAGE_SUBSYSTEM_WINDOWS_GUI.
