Julien Legay 8fac768b9c feat(libSceMouse): implement stateful mouse API exports ... Keep the existing Export.cpp entry point and System V ABI while moving mouse state into the library implementation.`n`nTrack initialization, a single handle, button state, timestamps, and a bounded non-blocking event queue.
