Implement scePthreadGetschedparam and scePthreadSetschedparam on top of the thread priority, POSIX utimes and fsync on top of sceKernelUtimes and sceKernelFsync, and sceUserServiceGetAccessibilityZoomFollowFocus like the other accessibility queries.
