AMD's Windows driver advertises shaderSignedZeroInfNanPreserveFloat16, yet OpFConvert from f32 to f16 returns +0 for -0 inputs and for negative values that round to zero, so six f16 execution tests fail there since the native conversion was added. Conversion never changes the sign, so the native path now takes the sign bit from the f32 source, as the emulated path already does. Fixes #2483 |
