DotDebian 638d3802ad feat(ampr): implement the command buffer markers ... sceAmprCommandBufferPushMarker, PushMarkerWithColor, PopMarker, SetMarker and SetMarkerWithColor record a marker command, and the matching sceAmprMeasureCommandSize functions return its size.
