devilismyfriend 72336201b2 perf(libkernel): resolve initialised mutexes and conditions without the global lock ... Every lock, unlock, signal and wait took the process-wide initialisation mutex to read the handle, serialising all guest synchronisation. The handle is now read atomically and the lock is only taken to initialise a static initializer or to report a destroyed object.
