Adrià Franch 32accfa938 ci(build): key the Mesa shader cache by the runner's CPU flags ... The cache from #5107 was keyed by Mesa version only, so a runner restored llvmpipe code compiled on another runner's CPU and about 85 agc tests died with SIGILL (Illegal instruction) on main.
