PPSA06888 stops on main at start-up because its bundled Media/Plugins/SceRudp.prx imports sceRudpEnableInternalIOThread2, sceRudpGetOption and sceRudpGetRemoteInfo, which no library exports. The signatures are unknown, so they are declared without parameters and throw. The title does not call them during start-up.
