Get-fix fb380440d7 feat(libSceSystemService): select the console language with ANYPS5_LANGUAGE ... sceSystemServiceParamGetInt always reported English (United States) as the console language, so a title that follows the console's language, such as Jelly5 (PPSA99505) with its Arabic text, can only show English. ANYPS5_LANGUAGE now selects a console language number from 0 to 30 (21 is Arabic). Unset or empty keeps English (United States); any other value throws at the language query instead of being ignored.
