i18n: add Spanish (es) interface language (#196)
es.tsv translates the whole interface, the tray menu and tooltip, each app's tagline and the backend's install/update messages, in neutral international Spanish. Settings > Language offers Español; es, es-ES, es-MX, es-419 and the like select it under Auto. AI-assisted, native review welcome.
