UI tests: the title-bar test needs no GPU unless it saves a snapshot
It asked for a wgpu device up front, which panics where there is none: the FreeBSD VM job has failed on it since it landed. Like the other tests, let the default renderer create a device only when a snapshot is rendered. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
