UI: one searchable font menu everywhere; the Contextual Task Bar can be moved (#143)

* UI: every font field opens the same searchable font menu, with the search ready for typing and hidden system fonts left out

* UI: the Contextual Task Bar moves by its grip and stays where it is dropped, with Pin Bar Position and Reset Bar Position in its menu

* Merge origin/main; one test_window harness with wheel, panel_rect and click_at
