Settings > Appearance > UI Scale (appearance.uiScale, 75-200 %, default 100) scales the whole interface on top of the display's own scaling, live as it is chosen; Cancel puts it back, OK saves it and a saved scale applies from the first frame. The Settings dialog's choice rows show a number setting with choices as its text. Automation id: settings.appearance.uiScale. egui's own Ctrl+= / Ctrl+- / Ctrl+0 zoom is off now: Ctrl+0 (Window > Project) also reset the zoom behind the app's back, and the scale is a setting.
