M7: README: ArtCraft logo and app icon load in the private repo (#40) 

GitHub doesn't render relative SVG images in a private repository's
README, and raw.githubusercontent.com doesn't serve private files, so the
ArtCraft logo, the footer mark and FigCraft's own row in the apps table
showed as broken images. Use the PNG versions of the same artwork (already
in docs/brand) and a repo-relative path for the app icon; both work for
private and public repos alike.
