Saad Abdullah 01904ce2fd fix(geom): enforce the path sample limit while flattening (#217) ... The sample budget is enforced while a path is flattened, not after: the element count is checked up front, each curve is flattened on its own, and flattening stops as soon as the budget is exceeded.
