Justin John d61ccc633a fix(doc): reject and repair layer cycles and repeated children (#205) (#233) ... validate() now reports children listed twice, pages with a parent, and nodes not reachable from a page (cycles, detached subtrees). repair() drops repeated children, clears page parents and removes every node not reachable from a page in one linear pass, replacing the orphan loop.
