Merge fixes for #279: CR3 joins RAF in the format lists, render cache version 13 

Main already had Fujifilm RAF in relative WB, the file-local look, the
docs and the corpus lists; CR3 is added next to it. RENDER_CACHE_VERSION
was already 12 on main (from #255/#258/#282), so CR3 thumbnails rendered
by main from embedded previews would not be redone: 13.
