LR-CROP-STRAIGHTEN: document how the Angle field takes an angle

The parity rows cite panels/right.rs, where the field lives, and say
that it applies on Return or leaving it, that Esc keeps the old angle
and that it takes a decimal comma; the Angle slider row points to it.

### Crop rotation
- Outside the crop box, where dragging rotates the photo, the pointer is a curved double arrow, and the angle is shown
next to it while you rotate (issue #534). For an exact angle, type it in the new Angle field under Straighten (or click
the Straighten value); hovering any slider's value now says it can be typed.
