Brandon Thomas 0fd0ffb783 Issue #98: thumbnail cache only lists, counts and deletes its own files ... scan() now accepts only <2 hex>/<32 hex>.jpg (matching shard) and the cache's own <32 hex>.tmp<id> temp files, so prune/clear never delete and size() never counts foreign files in a shared thumbs/ folder.
