M10: Create separate PDFs from multiple files (#1183)
* M10: Create separate PDFs from multiple files
* Separate PDFs: translatable notices
"Left out: {names}" and the per-file reasons (already a PDF, no unused output name, no
output folder was chosen) go through tl!; the browser's download notice is a plural
("Downloaded {n} PDF" / "Downloaded {n} PDFs") via trn. Rows in all 20 catalogs, with
each language's plural forms; catalog hashes refreshed.
