Each now has a Japanese row, so the interface no longer falls back to English for them. `japanese_covers_ui_literals` joins the French, German, Russian and Simplified Chinese checks: every `tl!("…")` literal in the UI source needs a Japanese row. ATTRIBUTION.toml carries the catalog's new SHA-256.
