srt8hellcat2-ui 06480e395d M3: add PDF tab context menu (fixes #1233) (#1266) ... * feat(ui): add PDF tab context menu (#1233) * Tab menu: reveal through D-Bus off the UI thread `dbus-send --print-reply --reply-timeout=2000` (and the xdg-open fallback) could block the frame for 2 s or more; on Linux and FreeBSD the reveal now runs on a `pdfcraft-reveal` thread and a failure is logged. The existence check stays on the UI thread and is still reported; Windows and macOS launches are unchanged. Refreshes the catalog hashes after the main merge.
