Add the 47 labels and messages that had no French translation (redaction
marks, undo/redo labels, file-dialog and script warnings, SHA digests,
contextual Start/Subject/Edit/Type, ...). Written from the plain meaning of
the English text, clean-room, following the existing fr.tsv vocabulary
(vouvoiement, "biffer" for redact).
Update the fr.tsv SHA-256 in ATTRIBUTION.toml and add a credit entry for
the contributor in contributors/people.toml.
