MegaDon c96842f7d9 The wheel steps the options bar's Mode dropdown for Brush, Pencil and Gradient (#2061) (#4447) ... The options bar's Mode dropdowns now use widgets::dropdown_wheel_hovered, the wheel stepping the Layers panel's Blend Mode already has (#1747): down picks the next mode, up the previous one, one per notch, stopping at the ends, over the button or the open list. The Brush and Pencil list keeps Photoshop's Clear after Dissolve. Adds my contributors/people.toml entry.
