Brandon Thomas 9c4200d39b i18n(hu, tr): fill the gaps that fail main's translation tests 
The Hungarian (#3831) and Turkish (#3809) catalogs landed without
"Enable animations", and Turkish rendered "8 bit"/"16 bit" unchanged,
so prefs_ui::tests::preference_labels_are_translated and
new_doc_ui::tests::new_document_depth_labels_and_tooltips_are_translated
failed on main. Turkish now reads "8 bitlik"/"16 bitlik", matching its
"32 bit (kayan)" entry's style.
