Tracks opened file paths (de-duplicated, newest first, capped at 10) in UI
state, and shows them as a dynamic File > Open Recent submenu after Open As…,
plus Clear Recent Files. Clicking an entry reopens that path; a stale index
errors gracefully. Recorded on both dialog opens and path opens (file
associations / control channel). Tests cover tracking/dedupe/cap/listing/clear
and a real open → recent → reopen round-trip.
