* WIP: Object Selection hover preview (#4087)

* Object Selection: Object Finder hover preview and click-to-select (#4087)

Hovering with Object Selection highlights the object a click selects,
computed off the UI thread after a short rest and cached per document
pixels; a click commits it via select.object {point} honouring
add/subtract/intersect; dragging keeps the rectangle mode. Adds an
'Object Finder' options-bar toggle (default on, persisted) with
translations in every catalog.
