fix(ghidra): import HashMap before bridge compilation
The Swift literal decoder introduced by #2049 instantiates HashMap without
importing java.util.HashMap. Ghidra compiles the entire bridge before serving
operations, so the missing import prevents x64 PE sessions from starting too.
Verified on Windows with JDK 21.0.12.1 and Ghidra 12.1.4: all nine packaged
Java sources compile against 195 API jars, and public MCP opens a real Windows
where.exe target and returns its binary overview. Target bytes remain unchanged.
The MCP smoke uses runtime 1ca5fd38b with the patched bridge from fd65e278b;
the current full runtime build is blocked by unrelated Android JsonValue typing.
