Subject: [PATCH] test(package): select the intended Hopper smoke-test provider

Keep provider discovery independent from Hopper-specific packaged workflows. Installed Ghidra launchers on PATH must not turn the fixture into an ambiguous auto-selection request; target-free inventory and unknown-provider checks remain explicit.
