fix(mcp): advertise JSON values without recursive schemas (#995)
`z.json()` projects a self-referential `$defs/__schema0` entry. Twenty
tool input schemas and 123 output schemas carried it, and clients or
model APIs that reject recursive JSON Schemas refuse the whole tool
list. Every JSON value satisfies `{}`, so the shared JSON value schema
now advertises that. Runtime parsing still admits only JSON values.

feat(browser): inspect historical web network captures (#992)
* feat(browser): inspect retained HAR and mitmproxy capture evidence

Add independent offline format adapters, inline CLI/MCP evidence, bounded
owned decoder processes, and real producer verification.

* fix(browser): preserve capture boundaries during cancellation and decoding

Honor cancellation during owned-command cleanup, retain opaque HAR
extension content, and clean verifier resources on every failure path.

* fix(browser): exclude sensitive capture fields across representations

Normalize known native transport URLs for both bytes and strings, including backups. Exclude explicitly sensitive text fields with null so redaction markers cannot reintroduce declared literals. Cover both provider identities in catalog conformance.

refactor!: simplify runtime tools and remove replay engines (#572)
* fix(hopper): report unavailable procedure body coverage

* refactor!: simplify runtime tools and remove replay engines

Keep direct inspection, capture, and comparison tools. Bind handlers to named contracts and let agents compose experiments with commands and local fixture servers.

BREAKING CHANGE: Remove controlled replay, Node characterization, finite replay-machine, managed runtime planning, and redundant string-tracing tools. Retire process replay, shims, reactive scenarios, custom checkpoints, and active browser replay and origin-scope inputs.

fix(tools)!: simplify direct invocation and harden boundary contracts (#555)
Remove REA permission grants, scope ceilings, approval confirmations, and inert settings. Preserve selected local evidence, accept caller-chosen commands and paths, and report actual runtime failures.

Harden provider results, schema serialization, snapshot evidence binding, archive paths, source maps, native screenshots, managed EH parsing, and cancellation cleanup. Regenerate tool metadata and document direct invocation.

BREAKING CHANGE: Removed permission configuration and policy commands, approval fields, filesystem scope inputs, and fixed confirmation options. Process capture inherits the host environment and accepts command names; callers must refresh tool schemas and migrate removed fields.

N0zoM1z0 d86231ad33 feat(application): add isolated JavaScript replay
Expose one plan/execute replay contract through both CLI and MCP with exact source, input, runtime, sandbox, limit, and export commitments.

Run selected ESM and extracted CommonJS/Rspack factories in a disposable Linux x64 Bubblewrap namespace with a content-addressed Node ELF closure, architecture-checked seccomp, delegated systemd cgroup limits, bounded protocol capture, cancellation, and observable cleanup.

Preserve left and right observations as Evidence, derive differential comparisons without erasing unknowns, add optional separately authorized reproducers, and fail closed on stale plans or unavailable host boundaries.

Add source-owned parser, sanitizer, clipboard, denial, timeout, OOM, protocol-forgery, and cancellation coverage; a real Linux verifier and workflow; regenerated catalogs and TypeDoc; and updated the packaged REA analysis skill for the 83-tool inventory.
