Follow #952's Apple ownership: the Mach-O load-command reader, dylib
resolution adapter and fixture move to src/artifacts/apple/, the resolver,
dyld path semantics and findings to src/domain/apple/, and the dylib lane
helper to scripts/verify/apple/.
