Normalize path facts once at the owning filesystem boundary, preserve caller spelling and unavailable inventory members, and retain typed read failures. Record exclusion entry kinds so only proven directories can establish descendant symlink targets; omitted legacy kinds stay unknown.
Reviewed fixes include #1969, #2642, #2759, and #2994.
Validation: 26 reference graph source tests passed; prior artifact checks passed 275 tests with one Windows-only skip. Updated compiled import workflows are included in final validation after regeneration.
Fuse upstream JSON parsing, scalar packing, heap admission, and value assembly into synchronous token stages while retaining asynchronous file reads and existing capacity, cancellation, decoding, identity, and typed-error semantics. Declare stream-chain 4.2.6 directly.
Validation: 30 focused tests; check:fast, Knip and formatting; actual Flameox paired full-content oracles; real Linux evidence replay and Windows source-built package/Ghidra snapshot recovery; final-head CI 31/31 success.

Detach cancelled CDP sessions within the cleanup budget and retain event-finalization failures across retries. Honor Git filesystem encodings and exclude the promise-API probe from source-read failures.
Align existing integration regressions with retained process resources, filesystem-order-independent truncation, owned skill files, explicit native access facts and streamed JSON errors.
Validation: 132 acceptance tests passed (2 skipped), 83 affected boundary tests passed, Git/JSON/CLI boundary regressions passed, check:ci, docs:check and test discovery passed. Local verification used Node 24.18.0 on macOS; cross-platform CI remains pending.
Stream large CLI JSON files through a strict UTF-8 decoder and standard JSON parser using the same admitted regular-file handle. Preserve native parsing for small inputs, typed malformed-input/resource/access-denied errors, cancellation, and complete Evidence.
Verified with focused public CLI regressions, a 768 MB whitespace-padded valid request, and the Windows native decoder boundary. Individual strings and the assembled object graph remain subject to native runtime limits. All 27 final-head checks passed.
