Preserve CommonJS literal paths and confined ESM URL semantics, including package main fallback, directory intent, Unicode identity, and present opaque modules. Parse extraction inputs at their AST/source owner, retain skipped HTML and source-map coverage, and distinguish endpoint candidates from proven receiver facts. Version structural fingerprints with computed literal contents and propagate them through worker contracts.
Reviewed fixes include #1810, #1840, #2642, #2700, #2702, #2714, #2803, #2960, #2968, #2986, #3035, and #3036.
Validation: 158 resolver tests passed; public CLI/MCP module lookup controls, package-main/Unicode workflows, and six builtin workflows passed in the current compiled lane. Worker schema/fingerprint regressions passed. Large public pdf.js completion and real Electron analysis remain unverified.
Reuse immutable source graphs for both export comparison orientations and obtain rest-argument seeds from the existing public CLI Evidence. Retain all direction-specific assertions while removing nine repeated application analyses.
Validation: 75 focused tests; covered locations and hit status unchanged across all 1137 source files in controlled before/after coverage runs. Comparison file execution fell from 19.2s to 15.3s locally. Static and generated-document checks passed.
Keep failed reader, root descriptor, and output-tree cleanup with the caller. Drain admitted work before close, retry the same retained owners, and block new resource work while cleanup is incomplete. Preserve primary failures and complete inventory observations.
Thread ownership through JavaScript reconstruction, the CLI's one-shot scope, MCP server shutdown, verifier scripts, and test fixtures. Remove redundant ownership flags and the unused validated test wrapper.
Validate with 850 passing focused tests across 90 suites (two skipped), targeted classification and cleanup retries, static and unused-code checks, and real macOS CLI/MCP directory, ZIP, and DMG workflows. Native Windows and deep-analysis providers were not verified.
BREAKING CHANGE: Direct artifact inventory/extraction and JavaScript analysis APIs require an explicit caller-owned ArtifactResourceScope. CLI and MCP input contracts are unchanged.
* fix(javascript): preserve uncertainty after references escape to calls
* fix(javascript): track iterator root escapes and preserve static captures
* fix(javascript): scope comparison unknowns to their evidence
* fix(javascript): track parameter origins at function body entry

Use one explicit object/array slot model and JSON-pointer property identity across mutation analysis, return projection, and semantic graphs. Require observed presence for discriminants and resolve writes only through retained object or array receivers.
BREAKING CHANGE: projected return fields require explicit presence and semantic object operations carry full property paths.
* fix(hopper): report unavailable procedure body coverage
* refactor!: simplify runtime tools and remove replay engines
Keep direct inspection, capture, and comparison tools. Bind handlers to named contracts and let agents compose experiments with commands and local fixture servers.
BREAKING CHANGE: Remove controlled replay, Node characterization, finite replay-machine, managed runtime planning, and redundant string-tracing tools. Retire process replay, shims, reactive scenarios, custom checkpoints, and active browser replay and origin-scope inputs.
* refactor(test): colocate pure-domain tests and reduce test debt
Move focused immutable domain/contracts/adapter tests from
tests/composition/** beside their production owners under src/** as
colocated *.test.ts/*.fixture.ts, and relocate persistence-shaped
composition tests under tests/boundary/filesystem/**. Update import
paths, the Vitest project topology (shared worker context for pure
domain/contracts and recording-port service projects), the test
migration ledger, testing docs, and AGENTS.md to match.

* docs: remove test migration ledger
The cutover is complete and the ledger is no longer referenced anywhere
in source, scripts, or the docs gate. Drop the standalone artifact.

* docs: clean up stale migration artifacts
Remove empty directories left by the test migration and replace the
"final cutover" language in docs/testing.md with standing PR guidance
that no longer references the completed migration.

* fix: repair CI failures from schema, knip, and stale generated artifacts
Three root causes fixed:
1. catalog-schemas.mjs: valuesAt only traversed anyOf from Zod's
toJSONSchema, not oneOf. The webScreenshotDiffSchema change to a
discriminated union produces oneOf, so the product catalog generator
could not derive the web_screenshot_diff schema version. Add oneOf
traversal.
2. conformancePackage.ts: the test rewrite removed the only imports of
ScenarioManifest, ReplayPlan, ShimPlan, and ExpectedEvidence, making
them unused exports that knip flags. Remove the dead type aliases.
3. Regenerate stale artifacts (product catalog, MCP tool catalog, skill
metadata, conformance manifest) that drifted from the source changes.
