- Cover configuration reads after passing env/argv values to a call, and
keep reads unknown after replacing an argv entry directly, through an alias,
or after a container escape.
- b58adafa4 added `resolution_status` to source-map edges. Expect it, and pair
each alias edge with the script that declared it instead of relying on
content-derived edge ID order.

Keep failed reader, root descriptor, and output-tree cleanup with the caller. Drain admitted work before close, retry the same retained owners, and block new resource work while cleanup is incomplete. Preserve primary failures and complete inventory observations.
Thread ownership through JavaScript reconstruction, the CLI's one-shot scope, MCP server shutdown, verifier scripts, and test fixtures. Remove redundant ownership flags and the unused validated test wrapper.
Validate with 850 passing focused tests across 90 suites (two skipped), targeted classification and cleanup retries, static and unused-code checks, and real macOS CLI/MCP directory, ZIP, and DMG workflows. Native Windows and deep-analysis providers were not verified.
BREAKING CHANGE: Direct artifact inventory/extraction and JavaScript analysis APIs require an explicit caller-owned ArtifactResourceScope. CLI and MCP input contracts are unchanged.
* fix(javascript): resolve bare source-map and worker URLs next to the script
A sourceMappingURL like `main.js.map` (the default of webpack, esbuild,
rollup, Vite and rolldown) and `new Worker("worker.js")` were resolved as
module specifiers, so the bare name was looked up as an npm package and the
map or worker script was never linked. Resolve them as URLs relative to the
declaring script.
* fix(javascript): tighten url-reference resolution edge cases
Use looksExternal for non-module contexts so protocol-relative URLs
cannot be misread as root-absolute paths, cover url-reference unit
cases, and assert bare service-worker script resolution.
