fix(onboarding): isolate client homes and clarify npm release support (#1627) 
Bind HOME and USERPROFILE in disposable native client verifiers, exercise default personal skill discovery, and clarify automatic Pi/Hermes setup availability in the checked npm release.

Validation: integrated build/static/docs checks, repeated native client workflows, real Codex-backed client trials and two independent cold-npx Codex installs. All 19 CI checks passed on a7ba07ba. Other model providers, platforms and deep-analysis engines retain their explicit verification TODOs.
