Report canonical BrowserExclusionReasons from runtime location
authorization (unsupported_url, not_approved) and collapse them
onto the fixed V8 wire bucket via inspectorExclusionKey, keeping
describeInspectorTargetLimitations text stable. Document the
provider authority split (attach-only CDP/V8 vs owned-runtime
Playwright) so the shared vocabulary is not re-split.
* refactor(domain): split error taxonomy into thematic modules
Move each error family out of domain/errors.ts into its own module
(base, core, provider selection/adapter, browser observation,
artifact, evidence, unknown registry, hopper, configuration) and
relocate AnalysisErrorProjection to analysisErrorProjection.
Migrate all 162 importers to the owning modules and delete
errors.ts. No re-export shims; behavior is unchanged.
* refactor(runtime): name all silent catch causes without changing diagnostics
Bind cause in every bare catch and unhandled rejection across src/.
Real failures preserve the cause for logging; best-effort cleanup
carries an explicit comment. Caller-visible and Evidence strings are
byte-identical to before.
Keep explicitly selected Node Inspector targets observable when discovery
cannot verify their file location. Resolve literal POSIX discovery paths
without URI decoding, and retain lossy Windows or underscore paths as
unresolved metadata. Validate scriptParsed file URLs independently.
Preserve unknown target identity through runtime reconciliation, regenerate
contracts, and verify real CLI/MCP behavior on Linux and Windows.
