analyze_javascript_application reported every input-selection problem as
an artifact fault:
- a missing input path: "Artifact could not be read or written", with no
path or reason;
- an unreadable selected directory: the same generic io failure;
- a regular file that is neither a directory nor an .asar, and a
--artifact-format that contradicts the selection: "Artifact is invalid
or has changed. Get a fresh copy and try again."
Report a missing path as an invalid input_path, an unreadable selection
as access_denied, a non-directory non-.asar file as unsupported_target
with the accepted inputs as remediation, and a contradicting format as an
invalid format with the observed kind as expected value. Failures inside
a selected artifact keep their existing classification.

* test(javascript): reproduce omitted NodeNext artifact sources
Tests only: qualify current .mts/.cts artifact selection through real directory and ASAR reconstruction and the built public CLI.

* fix(javascript): retain NodeNext artifact source facts
Read .mts and .cts artifact files through the existing inert TypeScript parser, preserving selected file identities and analysis facts in directory and ASAR inputs. Document source selection and format the existing regression assertion.

* test(javascript): reproduce HTML carriage return source coordinates
Compare actual resolved and unresolved artifact graph evidence with parse5 source locations across HTML line terminators and UTF-16 columns. Exercise both public built CLI analysis commands. Tests only; production and workflows unchanged.

* fix(javascript): preserve HTML carriage return source ranges
Treat LF, CRLF, and bare CR as HTML line endings when projecting actual script opening-tag offsets to retained source ranges. Preserve UTF-16 column semantics and document the source-coordinate contract.
