feat(browser): inspect historical web network captures (#992)
* feat(browser): inspect retained HAR and mitmproxy capture evidence

Add independent offline format adapters, inline CLI/MCP evidence, bounded
owned decoder processes, and real producer verification.

Refs #882

* fix(browser): preserve capture boundaries during cancellation and decoding

Honor cancellation during owned-command cleanup, retain opaque HAR
extension content, and clean verifier resources on every failure path.

* fix(browser): exclude sensitive capture fields across representations

Normalize known native transport URLs for both bytes and strings, including backups. Exclude explicitly sensitive text fields with null so redaction markers cannot reintroduce declared literals. Cover both provider identities in catalog conformance.

fix(android)!: preserve JVM settings and reuse metadata sessions (#908)
* perf(graph): avoid repeated traversal edge scans and copies

* fix(android)!: preserve JVM settings and reuse metadata sessions

Read class metadata without generating application source, retain immutable serialized APK sessions, and join owned cleanup on cancellation and shutdown.

BREAKING CHANGE: Android analysis now requires a full JDK 17 or newer with its compiler module for the packaged Java source bridge.

feat(browser): trace captured website source-map locations (#897)
* refactor(browser): share captured-script acquisition boundaries

Reuse stable capture/source acquisition and identity validation for module
and source-map analysis. Preserve host I/O, malformed input, unavailable
source and digest mismatch diagnostics.

* feat(browser): trace captured website source-map locations

Refs #851. Preserve selected capture/map byte identity, duplicate mappings and embedded source evidence through the pinned upstream codec.

* test(browser): verify source-map artifacts and synchronize generated contracts

Cover byte-preserving map reads and actionable filesystem constraints. Refresh generated public schemas and metadata on current main.

* fix(browser): preserve inert source-map URL context

The selected URL is local codec context and grants no transport authority. Preserve its reported text and verify normal/userinfo contexts through real public interfaces, alongside independent manifest byte identity.

fix!: repair boundary contracts across CLI and MCP (#597)
* fix(comparisons)!: preserve unknowns across partial observations

Share absence and digest semantics, keep unobserved managed bodies unknown, and match unique managed type/name/signatures before structural fallback.

BREAKING CHANGE: Managed comparison metadata adds exact-signature matching and its count, and name_matching now reports exact-signature-fallback.

* fix(javascript): preserve projected result binding semantics

Share syntax-aware property reads and assigned-result resolution. Retain destructuring paths and downgrade downstream whole-result relationships instead of resolving nested or wrapped calls as aliases.

* fix(native)!: admit complete parser values and preserve typed failures

Decode Mach headers by named columns, validate complete slice keys and lipo alignment, and preserve codesign runtime flags and tagged parser errors. Rename the Ghidra test dossier fixture and connect fake-backed suites to real verification lanes.

BREAKING CHANGE: Native load-command results no longer contain the unused, always-null file_offset field.

* fix(process): preserve host identity and actionable boundary failures

Thread selected platform and environment through process and Doctor seams, stamp observed producer identity in Evidence, and retain PTY, filesystem, lease and lazy-provider failure causes. Drain cancelled lazy loads and omit exited descendants from verified lineage.

* fix(browser): preserve cleanup and document-transition evidence

Make V8 and Playwright teardown cancellation-aware, expose primary failures alongside incomplete cleanup, share frame-tree and navigation rules, and clear stale WebMCP registrations without pruning unrelated child frames.

* fix(adapters): align managed targets and typed CLI outcomes

Inspect managed PE/CLI targets independently of native provider selection, reuse successful managed selections, and keep evidence bound to the actual inspected target. Classify canonical CLI error envelopes and exhaustive setup/update/uninstall outcomes, audit registered CLI coverage, and assert platform-specific runtime results.

N0zoM1z0 bc0fb45f16 feat(ghidra): launch bounded Windows headless sessions
Invoke analyzeHeadless.bat through an absolute cmd.exe with fixed interpreter switches, quoted arguments, delayed expansion disabled, and fail-closed metacharacter and length checks. Isolate Windows home and temporary coordinates, hide provider windows, and terminate the P0 launcher tree through bounded taskkill cleanup. Advertise explicit limitations that this preview does not provide Job Object ownership, DACL enforcement, reparse-point authority, or hostile-target safety.

N0zoM1z0 70e1a0f532 refactor(process): extract reusable provider lifecycle primitives
Introduce provider-neutral ownership, private runtime roots, absolute startup deadlines, pending-operation correlation, bounded output capture, and verified TERM-to-KILL process supervision.\n\nMigrate Hopper onto the shared lifecycle pieces while keeping its Unix-socket protocol and health/shutdown parsing adapter-specific. Preserve exact ownership checks and fail-closed cleanup, including descendant cleanup after the launcher leader exits.\n\nAdd reusable process fixtures and deterministic coverage for startup timeout, cancellation, output bounds, exit diagnostics, cleanup escalation, repeated close, spawn failure, and resource disposal. Update architecture, provider evaluation, contributor guidance, and generated API documentation.
