Migrate the remaining `""`-sentinel consumers from #783 to the nullable
`semanticStaticPropertyKey`: CommonJS module origins
(`require("m")['']`), require destructuring (`const {'': a} =
require("m")`), and request body fields (`{ '': value }`). Dynamic keys
still produce no link or field. API selectors that compare against known
names are unchanged.

`process.env['']` now projects an exact empty environment key with
complete resolution instead of the same null/partial result as a dynamic
`process.env[key]`. `{ ['']() {} }` keeps its exact empty method name in
the IR instead of a generated `[computed@N]` name.
Semantic graph labels stay nonempty: a shared `semanticNameLabel` helper
displays the empty key as `""` for property slots, config sources, and
function nodes, while `properties.key` keeps the exact value.

Inline the private memberKey/propertyKey wrappers in semantic
MemberMutations/Projection/Values to direct canonical calls.
Migrate the electron Browser/Values member keys off legacy
propertyName (provably identical: explicit computed guard retained).
Delegate bundle calleeName/endpointArgument/stringArgument to the
static helpers, adding loadURL endpoint parity with static analysis.
Bundle regressions pin nested-dynamic-receiver and loadURL parity.
Remaining computed-identifier forks in electron Native/Ipc tracked

Single owner for code-point ordering (domain/canonicalOrdering.ts)
and canonical JSON digests (domain/comparisonSemantics.ts). Delete
all local compareCodePoints/compareText/digestCanonical duplicates
and migrate every importer. No re-export shims.

Thread selected platform and environment through process and Doctor seams, stamp observed producer identity in Evidence, and retain PTY, filesystem, lease and lazy-provider failure causes. Drain cancelled lazy loads and omit exited descendants from verified lineage.

Make V8 and Playwright teardown cancellation-aware, expose primary failures alongside incomplete cleanup, share frame-tree and navigation rules, and clear stale WebMCP registrations without pruning unrelated child frames.

Inspect managed PE/CLI targets independently of native provider selection, reuse successful managed selections, and keep evidence bound to the actual inspected target. Classify canonical CLI error envelopes and exhaustive setup/update/uninstall outcomes, audit registered CLI coverage, and assert platform-specific runtime results.
