* fix(call-path): keep caller-only unknown coverage from blocking not_found
build_call_path expands only callee edges, so relationship coverage that
is unknown solely because callers are unobservable (the modern headless
IDA profile) no longer marks the searched callee closure incomplete.
The caller caveat stays visible in limitations, and callee-side unknowns
still yield unknown. Fixes#2322.
* test(call-path): cover IDA-capped callees beside unknown callers
Greptile review noted the poll-timing coverage only exercised unknown
callees, leaving the partial callees IDA returns at its 500-result cap
untested. Add the combined unknown-callers/partial-callees case:
isCallerOnlyUnknownCoverage must stay false and buildCallPath must keep
search_scope.exhaustive false, so a future change cannot silently report
not_found when IDA has omitted callees.
Return deduplicated execution caveats once and preserve provider-owned relationship diagnostics and completeness on graph nodes. Keep complete relationship reads exhaustive despite contextual caveats, including portable call-path reconstruction.
Preserve omitted diagnostic fields in historical Evidence and bind reported diagnostics into semantic identity. Revise graph workflow and Ghidra adapter profiles so old cached representations cannot replay under the new contracts.
Remove stale duplicate-lookup test claims and redundant fixture validation. Prune million-entry duplicate cases while retaining argument-stack and deep-chain regressions; bounded Flameox captures identified validation and canonical hashing costs.
Validation: static and architecture checks, generated docs, 364 focused tests before pruning, 21 call-path tests after pruning, public MCP schema validation and targeted profile tests. Real engine behavior was not locally exercised.
BREAKING CHANGE: get_call_graph normalized_result now contains { graph, limitations }; traversal-depth groups are under graph.
Forward observed relationship coverage into function Evidence and use its typed completeness when searching call paths. Preserve contextual limitations, legacy fallback, provenance, and unknown outcomes.
Avoid argument-spread exhaustion on large valid limitation lists. Cover the public MCP producer/consumer chain, metadata tampering, terminal and unreachable coverage, and large-list capacity.
Related to #1964; separate get_call_graph and trace_call_path work is not included. AI-assisted with Hermes (Nous Research).

Remove forwarding wrappers and shadow aliases, migrate callers and verification scripts to their owners, and share one exhaustive semantic resource-bound projection.
Compare complete function dossiers directly, remove unreachable truncation and collection wrappers, and preserve deterministic Unicode ordering. Require real external reference targets instead of display placeholders.
BREAKING CHANGE: function comparison results no longer advertise the unreachable truncated state or counter.
* chore(deps): finish toolchain upgrades and drop dead weight
pino 9 to 10, @types/node 24 to 26, oxlint 1.73 to 1.87, knip 6.26
to 6.39, turbo 2.10 to 2.11. Narrow engines to supported majors
(22/24/26; vitest 5 refuses Node 25). Scope no-var-requires off for
Electron CJS hooks and fixtures.
Remove TypeDoc: incompatible with TypeScript 7 at install and
runtime, used by nothing in any gate. Drop the dep, docs:api
workflow, typedoc.json, CI artifact step, and related docs.
Replace graphology with a local call-graph adjacency plus BFS: the
only consumer is call-path search, and graphology-types ships no
types entry for TS7 NodeNext resolution. Delete both graphology
dependencies.
Remove dead re-exports newly flagged by knip 6.39.
* chore: drop stale typedoc and replay references
Remove the docs:api release-checklist step, the orphaned docs/api
ignore entry, and the nonexistent replay glob from the adapters
project.
